Una Poole is a Native New Yorker who moved to New Smyrna Beach over 25 years ago. Since the year 2000 Una has been working for the Estee Lauder Companies. She was Director and Education of Sales in Florida, Illinois and most recently the Vice President of Sales for the Northeast United States in New York City. In her former role as a V.P. of Sales, Una traveled the country extensively to work with the Regional Teams on Sales, Education and Team Development. She was responsible for a team of Sales Director’s that delivered over a $$$Half Billion in Annual Sales. Now that’s a lot of lipstick!
Mother to one son, Arthur Poole, ex-Navy Submariner, New Smyrna Beach local Eagle Scout, BSA, and Airplane Pilot. Una and her family enjoy boating! They have strong ties to the Local Boating Community here in New Smyrna Beach. She is a member of both the New Smyrna and Halifax Yacht Clubs.
Una moved back to New Smyrna Beach this past year and joined the NSB Homes team in 2015.

Buying a second home in another city can be a bit daunting, but Una put us at ease right away. We bought a beach condo, and she was so knowledgeable about all the little nuances that come with owning and renting it out. She also had great relationships with everyone involved...the mortgage and title company, selling realtor, property management company, and inspector. We wanted a quick close, and she helped facilitate everything from the day we saw the property, to closing day 24 days later! Unreal! We had a small hiccup just minutes before closing, but she knew how important the issue was to us, and she fought to make sure it was made right. We highly recommend Una Poole!!
My husband and I were looking to find a house or condo overlooking the beach. We met Una when we inquired about one of her listings. When we met in person, we connected right away. She's very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to give us "the skinny" on all the different neighborhoods we looked at. You know, the stuff you don't realize about a location or house until you move in. We were not in a rush, and Covid slowed us even further. But she didn't push, as she reads her clients well, and knows what you need and when you need it. When the perfect place came on the market, Una got us in early and we were able to purchase the perfect place. We then had Una list our house. She did a great job doing open houses every weekend to keep people interested and coming in. She got us a great price, and we were extremely happy with her.
